MEMBERSHIP FEES

Fees for the financial year 01 May 2026 – 30 April 2027
(Invoices will be sent out in April 2026)

  • R200 (excl VAT) once off joining fee for new members.
    A penalty fee of R200 for late payment by existing members will be due after end June.
  • R1,160 (excl VAT) annual Membership Fee per Property / Business unit / Unit in a Home Owners Association
  • R6,050 (excl VAT) annual fee per municipality.
  • R3.35 p/ha (excl VAT) annual Membership Fee for State land (subject to standardisation by WCUFPA)
  • R101.50 p/km (excl VAT) annual Membership Fee for road, rail & power lines (subject to standardisation by WCUFPA)

The annual CPI (consumer price index) is used as a guideline for the increase of fees on a yearly basis.

Full payment is due within 3 months of financial year end (ie by end of June annually) or within 90 days of invoice. Failure to do so will require reapplication including the payment of the joining fee.
